About the Speaker
In this session, we will be joined by Busra, Wilson L4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship Graduate.
Busra is a Reporting and Insights Manager working in the supply chain space, with a background in engineering and over 10 years' experience managing complex international operations across various industries. She has always loved using data to drive decision-making, improve processes, and deliver meaningful insights. Thanks to her data apprenticeship with Cambridge Spark, she was able to lean into that strength and pivot her career into analytics. Busra is passionate about problem-solving, creating real impact with data, and championing inclusion, especially for women navigating male-dominated fields.

Carving My Own Path: From Engineering to Supply Chain to Data
In this talk, Busra will share her unique journey into the world of data, from the early sparks of interest to the key decisions that led her to pursue a data apprenticeship. She will reflect on how the programme supported her growth and helped her transition confidently into the industry. Now working in supply chain, she will illustrate how data drives real impact in areas like logistics and forecasting. Beyond her technical journey, she will open up about the challenges women still face in tech and data, advocating for equity and inclusive team cultures.
