These events are delivered by learners, alumni, staff and guest speakers from across our Community and offer a platform to share ideas, discuss industry research, present technical projects, showcase success and inspire others.

Ollie Shore, R&D Statistics & Mathematical Modelling Analyst at GSK
In this session, we will be joined by Ollie Shore, one of Cambridge Spark's alumni and Double Achievers. Ollie completed 2 apprenticeships with Cambridge Spark: L4 Data Analyst & L7 AI & Data Science Apprenticeships.Ollie is a Statistics & Modelling Analyst at GSK. He works within the R&D Portfolio organisation, where data and analytics help extract key insights that support senior-level decision making. Ollie has completed two apprenticeships with Cambridge Spark during his time at GSK (Level 4 Data Analyst and Level 7 Machine Learning & AI) to build up the core technical skills required to operate in the analytics industry, such as Python coding and the use of Machine Learning tools. He is passionate about using technology to create value and boost efficiency, as well as the importance of experimentation and iteration to create data products that are suitable for users.
