Award Criteria

This award is for an outstanding individual who has contributed to the development of impactful and innovative digital solutions within their team and organisation. This could range from introducing new digital tools, systems and processes, boosting digital fluency for their team or playing a key role in achieving a digital transformation roadmap.

Who can be nominated for this award?
This award is for Cambridge Spark learners undertaking an apprenticeship and those who have completed an apprenticeship with Cambridge Spark (alumni/achievers).

This award will be judged against the following criteria:

The nomination summary should explain in up to 500 words (maximum) how the nominated individual meets the below criteria, including quantifiable metrics where possible, and why they believe they should win the award.

  • Demonstrated impact and Measurable success - tell us how the individual has delivered at least one qualifiable benefit to their organisation in the past 12 months. Examples of possible measures of impact: hours saved by adopting an innovative end-to-end agency management system, improved accuracy and transparency in reporting by consolidating siloed data analytics into one holistic platform
  • Innovation - tell us how the individual has used innovative digital transformation approaches at work
  • Role Model - tell us how the individual has  positively influenced those they are working with and how the individual has gone above and beyond to be a role model for adopting and delivering digital transformation in the organisation.
