Award Criteria

This award is for individuals who have made outstanding contributions and led voluntary data initiatives either inside or outside of their work, such as community events, talks, hosting networking meetups, telling their story online, volunteering etc, with an aim to benefit the largest number of people in the largest possible way.

Who can be nominated for this award?
This award is for industry professionals within the wider Cambridge Spark community. This includes all digital and data professionals that follow or are a part of our learners, alumni, partner or social communities.

This award will be judged against the following criteria:

The nomination summary should explain in up to 500 words (maximum) how the nominated individual meets the below criteria, including quantifiable metrics where possible, and why they believe they should win the award.

  • Impactful Data Initiatives - tell us how the individual has initiated and led impactful data-driven projects, events, or activities with the aim to benefit a substantial number of people
  • Innovative Approaches and Solutions - tell us how the individual has exhibited creativity and innovation in leveraging data to develop effective solutions, showcasing their ability to think outside the box and make a lasting impact in their respective fields.
