What’s the quickest way to make sure I don’t miss your emails?

The quickest way to make sure our emails don’t land in your spam folder is to add our email address to your contacts. Our newsletters will always come from this email address: community@cambridgespark.com. For provider specific instructions on whitelisting, please see the below headers to find your email provider:

Apple

Should you use the email app on an Apple device, you can select the email address once you receive an email and click ‘Add to VIPs’ to ensure they're never marked as spammy emails.

Outlook

When you receive an email from someone you've not been contacted by before, Outlook either marks it as spam or doesn’t allow you to view images on the email. This is because it has identified the email as potentially being spam.
You can click the error message that appears below the senders email address and a dialog box should appear. Click ‘Add Sender to Safe Senders List’.

Yahoo

When opening email messages, you'll typically see a “+” symbol next to the email address/senders name. You’ll have to select this and an ‘add to contacts’ pop up will appear. You’ll now just have to hit save and you’re all done!

Gmail

Google email accounts will typically move emails from to the ‘Promotions’ tab. If our emails appear in here, simple drag and drop our email to the ‘Primary’ tab and when a dialog box asks if you want to do this for future messages, select yes.

AOL

For these accounts, you’ll simply need to select the senders email address (ours) and select “Add Contact” from the drop-down menu.
